1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped)
2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
3-4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
3 tbsp Parmesan Regginao
3 tbsp Romano
1 1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp white truffle oil (can be omitted)
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp Fresh crack pepper
Put all Ingredients into food processor and process till desired texture. Slowly drizzle in oil as you pulse the processor till mixed well. Serve on bread or your favorite pasta.
