We needed some quick guacamole to go with burritos. Here is how we tossed it together. Goes well with tortilla strips and nachos too!
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados (skinned, seeded)
1/2 medium vine tomato (chopped)
1 jalapeno (seeded and diced)
2 compacted tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup sweet onion chopped
3/4 of a lime (juiced)
2 pinches of kosher salt
6 turns of fresh crack pepper
In a small bowl mush avocados with fork till desired texture, mix in all ingredients and serve. It is as simple as that.
My late hubby love guacamole, he had a warped sense of humour and called it green gravy....just to confuse people. This sound easy, and yummy.
