Easy to make and great tasting potatoes that will complement any item you will be grilling at home or while camping this summer.
Ingredients:
12 small red rose potatoes (quartered, about 4-5 cups)
2 tbsp garlic flavored extra virgin olive oil
3/4 tbsp fresh rosemary (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
kosher salt (to taste)
fresh crack pepper (to taste)
In a large ziploc or Tupperware container add oil, garlic, rosemary and a pinch of salt. Shake till potatoes are covered well. Pour contents onto aluminum foil and wrap tightly. Set on medium high heated grill for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. (You can alternately cook in the oven at 450 degrees for 40-45 minutes.)
Remove from grill and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove from foil, salt pepper and pepper to taste before serving.
Love your blog and your way of rating taste and cost of dish, great idea. Will keep watching for new post!
I added a little Parmesan to these before wrapping them up and they were delicious.
