Ingredients:
14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts in water (drained)
8 oz Ciliegine Mozzarella balls (drained)
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained, Juliane)
2 tbsp Italian parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp 1 tsp fresh basil (chopped)
1 tbsp Parmesan (flaked)
1 tbsp Romano (shredded)
2 tsp White Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
kosher salt (to taste)
fresh crack pepper (to taste)
Toss all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve. toss before serving and enjoy!
