A great sauce to have over chicken or beef. (for chicken switch beef bullion for chicken bullion.)

2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp basil leaves (diced)
1/2 cup Zinfandel wine
1/2 cup beef bullion
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp Jack Daniels Honey Dijon mustard
1/4-1/2 tsp white pepper
kosher salt (to taste)
In a small sauce pan heat butter over medium heat. Once melted add onions and garlic sauteing for 7-10 minutes. Stir in add wine, bullion, cream, salt, pepper and mustard, turn heat to medium low and cook down until halved (about 10-20 minutes.) Add basil once halved and heat for 2-3 minutes before serving over you choice of beef or chicken. Enjoy!
